Tia has been a public high school teacher in Virginia for the past 14 years. She has over 6 years experience teaching the Virginia State Behind-the-Wheel program. She is currently a driver education instruction at TC Williams High School.
Being the mother of a teen-ager herself, Tia knows how to relate to her students.
In her free time she enjoys attending plays and concerts, and participating in her favorite outdoor adventures with her son such as biking and hiking. Her hobbies also include reading, creative writing and photography.
